Is it really illegal for a child to play outside their yard without their parents? "
My little teenage son was playing with one year of age 5 in the street. The Children 5 years of new parents. A police officer stopped him and told both that it was illegal for children to play there without their parents there. This is partly a beautiful Los Angeles City Limits. Is this really true?
Depends. If the young person is old enough and was in charge of children that age before that date there is no supervision. It may, however, negligent supervision, and they were playing in the street indicating a lack of common sense. A glance California law on the negligent supervision should give more precision
